Need help understanding an HDD's CDI

I am interested in buying an HDD from someone online. They supplied this CDI as proof of its condition. But I don't know what I am looking at. Can someone help me understand the info displayed?

looks like a health WD Blue that has been turned on 24 times and ran almost 1000 hours.

The important counters are 01, 05, 07, C4-C8 which RAW Values are 0.
