Is 2x 6-Pin to 8-pin connector hamrfull for psu or gpu?

I ordered an Evga Geforce gtx 950 for my pc which has only two 6-pin power connecter, but the product should include a 2x 6pin to single 8pic connector

is this going to harmfull fro psu or gpu ,because i don't want to gpu to be damaged because some voltage problem, my psu is 750 w.

or should i cancel this order and get this instead

no harm, 8-pin is rated at twice the wattage of a 6-pin

since that card requires a single 8-pin it takes two 6-pins to power it properly

Any 750W power supply that doesn't have any (6+2)-pin 150 Watt 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors should be thrown out.

You shouldn't have any need to use that dual 6-pin to 8-pin PCI-E power adapter.

didnt go with 950 because i only have 6 gb ram and core 2 extreme qx6850 3.0
