When I check the Properties of my E drive removable disk the circle shows as completely blue but above that it indicates that

After downloading two Google Slides files to my removable disk E I wanted to find out how much space was left on the removable disk so I slicked on it and then on Properties. The circle shown was all blue so it looked as though all the space had been used. However above that indicated that 0 bytes had been used - why would that be?

Thanks for any advice re this.

Can you please go to Disk Management in Windows and check how your removable disk is recognized there? Posting some screenshots would really help us determine your issue. You also mentioned that you downloaded the files from Google Slides onto the removable drive, however, can you access them? I'd also recommend you check if you will be able to see the files if you connect the drive to a different laptop/PC (if you have access to another one).

Give these a try as well & keep us posted! :)
