I recently installed windows 7 (downgrade from win10) and now google chrome won't display fullscreen video properly. Happens with youtube/twitch etc. It has a border around the left and top side which show the background (in my gif the blue desktop). If I take another window and snap it to the top and then remove it, it will fix the issue ()As you can see in my gif). Any idea on how I can fix this?

Narrowed it down to this only happens on secondary monitors. If I go to my nvidia settings and change the primary screen it will be full screen for the monitor
