My pc has multiple problems with opening some programs lije aidacity (stuck at splash screen), sony vegas (loads but most is white and frozen) and more like youtube on windows edge (infinite loading, all fixen on the internet dont work). These problems started when i installed the latest windows insider preview, i notices these things and clean installed windows 10 without insider (official release).
Now i have still this problem and nothing work. At first i thought it was my psu which i replaced and isn't.
Also i'm unable to acces the bios because i cant use my keyboard before the manufactoring screen. So must i clear cmos?

Maybe would installing windows 7/8.1 work? So yes how without accesing the bios?

For example audacity i only get the splash screen and nothing more, if i click on it i get aidacity has stopped working. By sonyvegas it loads vegas mostly exept most of the screen is white and also it stops working if i click in the window. Youtube has the infinite loading. Also some more bugs but dont know which ones.

Reading your specs again I noticed you have 18GB which is a little unusual. Try to use the ordinary config 8gb or 4gb (just for the sake of testing) and see if it works for you. Preferably, try to use RAM sticks of the same brand/model.

Test with one RAM stick at a time, see what happens, or at least only one channel filled. Also test with only the main boot drive in the system, unplug the others. If you have the programs installed on the secondary drives, install them on the main drive for testing.

Don't know why i would test my ram since i have stress tested it a few times, also removing other drives than the ssd doesn't work.

You did not say you already tested the RAM, so that is why I suggest you try a few sticks at a time, we are smart but not THAT smart to know things without being told LOL Listing what you tried would help.

What is happening sounds like a RAM issue, especially since you already re-installed Windows. It may be a motherboard issue since you can't get to the BIOS.
