I'm going for a batman theme'd build, so black, gray, maybe a hint of another color like dark blue or something. I really like this build http://pcpartpicker.com/b/FCsJ7P . I want something that fits my build color, quiet, and provides the best airflow. IF you have any other fan recommendations id love to hear it. the cougar vortex, i don't like the orange color it has on the tips, fractal design venturi according to the specs on pcpartpicker, the dBA seems pretty high but obviously it has the best cfm/airflow. be quiet silent wings 3 just came out. noise blockers were someone that recommended it to me, but the white kinda erks me a bit, same with the phanteks but those have an LED version that i may pick, but they do have an all black version.

None of the db(A) really means much. There's other factors involved, not taken into consideration. Case fans rarely need to be run at maximum rpm, especially with a good, cool gpu and a good aio. Case temps honestly dont get hot enough to warrant maximum anything, cfm or rpm. So most of the time, you'll be maxing out at 700-900rpm, which is below the level of a whisper at 3ft away.

At any time necessary for case fans to max rpm, the system will be under extreme duress, hard heavy gaming, rendering etc. If this is happening, you still won't hear the case fans at those db(A) as they'll be drowned out easily by the gpu/cpu fans, especially those stock corsair fans.

For my money, the Phanteks are the best, but not by much. The others...

For my money, the Phanteks are the best, but not by much. The others are also quality fans. Get the ones that fit your color scheme best, I'd not get led as that'd interfere with the nzxt Hue you are thinking of.
