Shut down during image copying

When I trying to move and image or video to my memory stick, the whole image libraries keeps shutting off and fails to transfer the image to my memory stick. There is nothing wrong with my computer or the memory stick but this still happens.

Stick format ? If file(s) are bigger than 4GB each or even one of them you need NTFS or exFat.

This never happened before. I tried getting a new antivirus, I tried restoring the whole computer to an older setting and nothing worked.

I can't even move videos to the stick either.

You never answered which file system is that USB.

Yes, it is a USB port and I used three different memory sticks.

One last time, which file system are they formatted to, Fat32 or NTFS or exFat or..... ???
