Will the cpu liquid cooler freeze if the room temp is cold?

The liquid cooler i'm planning to get is the Corsair h100i 240mm and I am wondering how much the room temperature will affect the pc.

Depends on the additives in the liquid, and how long it's sitting stagnant without a heat source. I wouldn't worry about it unless you want to leave it outdoors in the heart of a Siberian winter overnight. If your computer stays indoors, it most likely won't freeze.
