Will part on Asus motherboard interfere with placement of Asus GTX 1070 STRIX Graphics Card?

Hey guys, I recently noticed that on the motherboard I'm going to buy (Asus SABERTOOTH Z170 S) there is a part that is next to the first graphics card slot, and the graphics card I'm going to buy is the Asus GTX 1070 STRIX and I was wondering if that part will interfere with the placement of the video card and if it's going to be a problem, Thanks!

Nothing on the motherboard should get in the way of a graphics card. That heat sink isn't very tall.
