Hello guys, how you doing?
I am finishing up my new build, I own a i3 6100, 8gb RAM DDR4 and a GA-B150M-D3H MOBO. Now I am looking to upgrade my GPU and can't decide by myself which one to choose. Atm, they are at the same price and I was looking for some ideas of which one would be a better choice for my build.
Thanks!

GTX 1050 (Ti) ~$149 is rumored to release next month. http://wccftech.com/nvidia-geforce-gtx-1050-ti-leak/

You might not want to wait until then, but it would beat both of those cards.

*P.S. Sorry to be 'that guy' always mentioning a different card.

Between the two you mentioned, it's a toss up. RX 460 isn't fast enough to really benefit off the extra vram (I could be wrong) but it couldn't hurt to have it.

I have no idea. Right now all there is to go on is leaked specs and rumors. So... There's not much else I can say on that. According to rumors it's going to be $149 but those are rumors.

Rumor has it there will be two variants, The GTX 1050 (a cut down/slower version with only 2GB) for $119 MSRP, and a GTX 1050 Ti with 4GB at $149 MSRP.
