What is Better: Integrated Graphics or NVIDIA GeForce 720 1GB DP?

Hello! I am going to buy a desktop soon. I am considering buying a Lenovo M900 SFF. I would mainly be using this computer for 3D modeling (CAD), and have a question about the graphics. The specs I am looking at would be 32GB DDR4 2133mHz UDIMM RAM, Intel i7 skylake (6700) - 8M cache and up to 4.0 GHz. I want my computer to run smoothly, as I have a Lenovo y50-70 laptop with an i7 and a GTX 960m and 16gb of ram that is fairly slow. SO, I was wondering what would be better: simply going with the Integrated graphics, or upgrading to a GeForce 720 1GB DP? These are my only 2 options, as I want to buy it this way and the PSU is very limited and can't support much more. (I also prefer not to have to ever open the thing to customize it).

Also, Bonus Question: Should I go with an HDD or a SSD? Will it at all change the load speed and the speed in general in CAD if I go with an SSD? Or is it simply not worth the extra money in that case? (It would be either a 7200RPM 500GB HDD, a 5400RPM 1TB HDD, or a 500GB SSD.)

Thanks for the help!

The 720 would be the better option as it will offload the GPU from the system RAM and use it's own. Although its a fast processor, it will still improve performance not having the GPU using the system RAM. Graphically, I think the iGPU and 720 are about the same.

As for the HDD vs SSD, SSD will improve loading times, but once something it loaded, it wont likely make any difference. Considering your options, I'd get the SSD and an external HDD for storage and backups.

buying a pre-made SFF completely negates the advantages you get with an actual desktop

they also tend to have garbage psu's

make your own small build if you want it to be compact

there are some truly great choices in cases, IMO much cooler looking

"I also prefer not to have to ever open the thing to customize it"

go waste your money on a mac

My budget's somewhere around $1,000, but I prefer not to build my own PC. I like the small size of the M900, and I personally like the look of those PCs quite a bit as well.
