My power supply is a 300W max it says and I want to upgrade to this ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming/AURA RGB LGA 1151 ATX Intel Motherboard, Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz 1151 Boxed Processor from micro center my current mobo is a 33ff6 and i5 processor its pre built its a Dell Inspiron 580 I want to know if I have to upgrade the power supply at all or will it be fine on its own? I plan to buy the parts from micro center. So would I have to upgrade power supply or no?

You're going to need a new power supply for sure. I wouldn't trust the Dell one and it's not a high enough wattage if you wanted to use a graphics card.
