Trouble with download locations

Hello everyone, I recently built a new PC and have a Samsung 850 Evo SSD which I have for my boot drive and a Western Digital Blue for my mass storage drive (games,photos,etc.). But when I look at my SSD it has program files (x86) on it. How would I direct all my games and other data straight to my HDD. Thanks.
