Hi I'm new to the forum and I have a problem with a new cpu I bought.I got an AMD FX-4350 to replace an AMD Phenom II X4 805. I have a msi 970 gaming motherboard. I looked it up and the cpu is compatible with the MB. I have tried resetting the cmos and the bios. I even put the old one back in and it boots up fine. I also reset the ram and video card which is a Zotac GeForce GT 730. I have a 550w PSU and everything powers up like the fans including the cpu fan and the hdd and the disk drive. What I did notice that the power light blinks every 10 seconds and blinks like how it normally boots up. All I get is a black screen.
