Will it bottleneck? If so how bad will it be. Will I still Generate 60fps with 1080p gaming on high settings?

Solution

Yes it will hold the 1060 back from performing 100% but you should still get pretty good fps. 60fps is reasonable. Just don't expect 90-100+
