Help with pc shutting off suddenly!

Hi, I am hoping I can find some help with my pc. I [strike]purchased[/strike] built this pc about a year and a half ago and it has started powering off suddenly with no errors and it just goes to the reboot mode and asks to start windows in safe or normal mode.

Processor: intel i-5-4670k cpu @ 3.4 ghz

Ram: 8 gb corsair vengeance

I am not the most computer saavy person and I had my buddy help me build this system on a budget obviously and I am wondering if maybe some of these parts are not ideal! It usually shuts off when I am playing a game or have a stream going or something. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
