Hi! I am new to PC building and this is my very first build for a gaming PC. Although its cleared by pcpartpicker, are there any compatibility issues among these components? And please suggest some PC cases and PSUs for the same.

Parts are compatible, but if this is for gaming, either get an i5 6600k or keep the i7 6700 and get a much cheaper motherboard.

Can you please suggest me some cheaper motherboards?

Will MSI B150M Mortar do? Are there disadvantages of using micro ATX motherboards?
