this thing happen when i was playing game. suddenly my screen started to tearing up. and then a windows pop up saying theres problem error with my graphics driver. so i went and restart my pc. after that the same thing happen. after many try, the pc automatically shut down and restart itself, leaving my screen to just input signal out of range. i try everything, take out the graphics card and put it back, change ram location, even uninstall the amd driver. i do that by using onboard graphics card to get into windows. but i cant access anything when plug in the graphics card. could it be its finally the time? my graphics card is sapphire hd6670. motherboard asus p5g41t-m lx.plss help my ty.

Yeeeeessss, all the symptoms point at it. Screen tearing up, shutting down, not restarting, those all point at sudden death GPU syndrome. Anything else would be gradual like overheating, loosing colors throwing driver errors etc.
