My pc is a few months old and my new hard drive that i just bought about a month ago isnt working correctly. It doesnt give me an option to create a new file or erase any old ones. I can use the files though. I thought that it might have been a damaged SATA cable, but i replaced it to no avail. I tried checking the drive for errors but the menu just closes after a few minutes. Now my other hard drive is acting weird. So maybe its my motherboards sata connectors? Im not sure.
