Hello, I bought a pre-built PC a year ago. I was just looking for something that could run CS:GO at decent FPS. Now I have some extra money (~600$) and I was wondering if it is worth to upgrade this PC, if so, what hardware would you recommend me to get first. Mainly I want to be able to live stream CS:GO, Overwatch and games like that without worrying about performance.
PC specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K
RAM: 8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. F2A68HM-HD2 (P0)
GPU: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (MSI)
Storage: 931GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 ATA Device (SATA)

I will appreciate your advice.

Thank you, guys, for your help. I ordered these components with hope it will make a decent budget rig.
Corsair CP-9020097-UK VS550 ATX/EPS Vs Series 80 Plus Power Supply Unit
INTEL Skylake Core i5 6500 3.2Ghz
ASUS H110M-A Motherboard
NVIDIA GeForce GTX1060 3 GB
2x 8GB 2133Mhz DDR4 Crucial RAM
Live streaming will affect your performance heavily pretty much no matter what hardware you have. It depends on what kind of framerates you want in those games, but to make the upgrade worthwhile you'd want to upgrade pretty much everything here. Within your budget, a locked i5 (6400 or 6500), cheap motherboard, and a gtx 1060 would probably be the best combination.

Unfortunately there is little you can reuse from your old system, it uses an old CPU socket and last generation RAM. The other concern is with a pre-built pc its almost definitely an OEM copy of Windows which is tied to the motherboard so upgrading the motherboard will require a new copy of Windows.

To be brutally honest, you've got a really low end PC. Back up your hard drive to save your data, ditch the rest, and start over from scratch.

I had a 760k, which is pretty much an un-binned 860k. I put it on the best FM2+ motherboard available on the market (MSI A88X-G45), water cooled that sucker, and overclocked it all the way to 4825mhz @1.56V. Despite the 1ghz+ increase in clock speed, the performance was still pretty awful, and it was still barely behind the cheapest Haswell refresh i3. With an A68 chipset, you can't even overclock, which is really the only way to bring these FM2/FM2+ CPU's to life.

With the 750ti, you might struggle slightly to play Overwatch at 1080p, but CS:GO should be fine, since it still runs surprisingly well on a single core pentium from over 14 years ago, combined with a random unnamed AGP slot card. Anyone remember AGP slots? I sure didn't.

Wanting to stream games changes all of that. My overclocked 760k combined with the equivalent of a 1.2ghz HD7970 (way stronger than a 750ti) couldn't do it. My current system struggles to do it. If you really want to stream on your current PC, your best bet would be to find a capture card solution. Otherwise, it's really time to get a fresh start. And don't get an FX CPU. I can guarantee you, you'll regret it.

Ok, so digesting all this information I can come to one conclusion. I have to build a new PC. I've never done it before, but I have ~600 £ to spend on amazon.
I was just looking into intel bundles they are offering on amazon.
What do you think about this bundle?

And which one of the gtx 1060 cards or other cards would you recomend as my GPU?

That looks pretty good, not sure why they're pairing a z170 board with a 6500 though (can't overclock that processor anyways.) You'll also need a power supply, any quality 500-600W will do, and the GTX 1060 is the best match for this build. Just pick the cheapest performance model from a reputable brand.

Which psu is in the current system? =maker/model/wattage. Can maybe reused if not that bad.
The case too if not that bad of a case.Just means you have to watch the size of motherboard used i.e. it needs to fitt.
Other option is of course to sell the whole system, except hdd,and start all over.

The case is very small, I doubt it will be a fit. As for the power supply, it says ATX Switching Power Supply 500W on it. So I guess, I'll have to get a new case. What about cooling? Do I have to get an additional cooling system?
