It depends on your cooler and ambient room temps along with airflow in the case. Those temps are package temps, not core temps. It's also likely to get the most inaccurate readings at idle vs at load. In addition amd cpu temps are troublesome for many programs to read properly, about the most accurate way is to use amd's overdrive and check the thermal margin readings. Thermal margins are a bit different since they tell you how many degrees until the throttle temp so the lower the number the hotter it is.
