im planning to upgrade my graphics card and this is in my budget.i want to know whether theres any difference in performance between these cards and i want to know whether they are capable of playing new games like battlefield 1 on high settings.

any other card for the same price that i can buy brand new to play these games in high settings

At 1080p? If you're talking 60fps then no. You might want to look for the best used card you can get if your budget is that tight.

are used graphics cards reliable?i might be able to get a used gtx 650 for my budget but im scared if it will stop working
