Hi
I have a huawie 4g device for internet. It is shared with my friend. I want to limit their speed as they eat most of data. Is there anyway to do it by mac address.

Not directly, the mobile broadbad devices are very limited. You would have to put a more functional router likely that has third party firmware in front. Still it will be difficult to accomplish.
