If the 1060 only needs a 6 pin it should work. I some instances Dell computers won't run newer cards.

Should work , but can't be 100% on it as prebuilts can sometimes have issues , it's enough power.

Doesn't run or boot with card , sometimes doesn't recognize the card. Most of the time it's fine.
