Asus H170 Pro gaming Vs Asus H170 Pro what are the difference between these two MOBO?
Which one will be better for i5 for Non K. Any better Suggestions?

The main difference would be the audio, but, when not OCing, teh MB becomes pretty much inconsequential, so you can get something cheaper that has teh desirable features. Also, the 6600 does not merit it's price difference towards the 6500, so the latter is teh CPU to get.

What is the difference between asus B150 PRO GAMING/AURA vs H170 pro gaming aside the chipset features

Aside from teh chipset features, the H170 pro gaming has 4 pcie x1 slots while the B150 PRO GAMING/AURA has two old school PCI slots and two pcie x1. That, and the h170 has DP, VGA, HDMI and DVI video outsw while teh b150 only VGA and HDMI.

EDIT: My suggestion from a bang for buck perspective is the MB in teh build i linked. Out of the two you listed, i would go with the h170 because the B150 chipset does not do RAID.
