I have a very specific question. I am currently using the Strix R9 390 8GB GPU and am considering to upgrade to the MSi RX 480 Gaming X, also 8GB. Is the performance difference between the two considerable enough to make the upgrade worthwhile, or should I stick with what I have?

Not really any difference in performance the R9 390 even beats it is some games in others the RX 480 beats the 390 by some FPS.
100% not enough of a difference to spend any money.
