I've an AMD HD 7770 GPU installed on my system with 4 GB Ram and i5 2500k processor, the power supply is of 550watt. Now, the issue is when I run a stress test for my GPU using Furmark, strange fickering blocks appear on my monitor screen at random places, sometime the PC crashes and restarts but sometimes it keeps running just like that, I've made a video to better understand the issue, please take a look: https://youtu.be/KzXq6kjvHZE

Test the card in another system with a known good quality power supply, if it does the same thing, card is bad.
