Hello, I'm planning to upgrade my gaming PC in the near future and I'd need advice and help on deciding the new components like gpu and cpu. I'm quite new to PC gaming so I don't have that much knowledge about building a PC. What I'm looking for is a PC that will last at least 2-4 years before another upgrade. My budget is 600 euros but I can go over it until 650 if absolutely necessary.

My currents specs are:
cpu: x4 955 be (3200 MHz)

gpu: msi hd 7850 2gb oc

mobo: asrock 785 gm-gs3

2x 4gb kingston ddr 3 low prof

ID cooling se-214x

thermaltake modu 82+ 525W

Case: Coolermaster Silencio 550

Monitor: BenQ GW 2255

What components should I upgrade if I got GeForce gtx 1060 for example, because that's what I'm planning to buy. My current build would most likely bottleneck that card.

Thank you for your help :)

A great deal depends on where you live, prices vary hugely and some components may not be available in your country but...

Notes:
I've gone for a slightly slower i5 to keep costs down.
The motherboard is the cheapest ATX sized part I could find with a decent M2 option, this little slot will allow for lightning fast PCI-E NVMe SSD drives to be installed at a later date if you wish, it also carries 4 memory slots, so you can upgrade if required by just dropping In extra modules.
Memory isn't anything special but will get the job done, it's good quality stuff if a little plain.
I could have opted for a 3Gb GTX1060 but it'll probably tie the system down later on, 3Gb is enough...

I could have opted for a 3Gb GTX1060 but it'll probably tie the system down later on, 3Gb is enough for 1080 gaming though, so you could trim some cost here just be aware it'll struggle with memory limitations with very high game settings, especially if you start adding a lot of AA.

This is the same base build with a smaller and less expensive motherboard, there's no M2 slot and it only carries two memory slots but has the same excellent built in sound and can upgrade to up to 32Gb of RAM-but only by changing the memory modules.
