I'm planning to build my first PC with Sapphire Radeon RX 470 NITRO+ GPU.
It would be nice to get some help :)

Budget Range: $600-700 (with shipping to Slovenia)

System Usage : mostly for gaming(GTA5, BF4, CSGO), rendering

It's going to be very difficult (impossible) for us to spec out a computer that you don't plan on buying until sometime in Q1 of 2017. We have no idea how Zen will perform, how much it will cost, how it will affect Intel's pricing structure, or if AMD/Nvidia will have released more GPUs in their newest lines.
