I've done a good amount of the essentials;

I've made sure the RAM is correctly slotted into place, made sure cables are hooked up to computer and monitor (I plan on using DVI), and I've tried using all connection cables between MB/GPU to my monitor but I've received no luck. I've tried to listen to beeps but I haven't heard any, I rebuilt the PC and still get no signal. I'm starting to believe it may be a CPU issue but I can't seem to get the fan header off of the mobo cause I think it's locked, and the 24-pin connector has no gaps. I'm hoping for help with this issue. Huge thank you for anyone that tries to help me out.

You do have one.. or your CPU would fry in seconds. Must be stock? Am assuming you havent touched it. And am also assuming you cant access your BIOS anyway. Double check everything is connected properly, and try booting without GPU attached (making sure you are connected to the mothervboards native gfx output) maybe. Some GPU need drivers installed before they function.

Oh I know what you mean now. Yes, my cooler is stock and is built inside the thermal take case. Everything is connected correctly. I'll try booting w/o the gpu but I hope that isn't the problem.
