Looking for best graphic card with below specs

Mother board- Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. H81M-S1 (SOCKET 0)
CPU- Intel Core i3 4130 @ 3.40GHz
RAM-4.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28)

My budget is 12,000-15,000 INR.

I want to buy a graphic card that can play all 2016 games.

The graphics card can be as good as you want it, but 4 GBs of ram and an older i3 might not be ideal for said games.
That said, I'd go with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 or something similar personally. The work pretty nicely as I hear from friends who got them.
