Huge Random Packet Losses (Lag spikes)

This problem has occured for over one year and a half now and I'm beginning to be pretty tired of it. I've tried to search up the problem and others have come with possible solutions but either none of them has worked or the solution has been temporary.

I've noticed this bug especially when playing games, streaming to Twitch with a streaming software like OBS, uploading to YouTube or talking to friends through Discord or Skype.

When I play games (CS:GO in this case) it will either get me disconnected or my ping will spike to above 1000+ and I can't move or do anything at all. Other players will see me walking in a straight line while I see my screen's frozen.
While uploading videos to YouTube or streaming to Twitch my internet will just cut out instantly. My wireless network adapter which is a "TP-LINK TL-WN822N" will indicate the network has stopped by either not flashing or just constantly light up. (Normally it would flash to show the network is working properly.)

By doing some research and multiple tests of the network (pinging for an instance) I've found out it's a packet loss issue. I have tried contacting my ISP and have a technician come over and he said that everything is working fine and that there should be no errors. This was before I knew it was a packet loss issue so I couldn't really explain to him. However I trusted him, but the problem persisted after he left.

Talking about the tests I did. I first did a speed test through speedtest.net and my results would sometimes be down to 2/2 mbps and other times up to 80/80 mbps. (My network is supposed to be 150/150 mbps. It's fiber.)
Then I downloaded this program called PingPlotter. The results I got was:

The top picture is on hop10, when I tried to ping Google. And you notice there are packet loss there as well. The picture down below is hop2. I'm guessing that's my router somewhat, not sure but you can see that there are more packet loss there than there is on hop10.

I consider purchasing a repeater to strengthen the signal, but I really don't wanna buy something if that's not the solution of my problem.

Thank you so much for help in advance, and you would literally make my whole life good if you manage to come up with a solution or suggestions to what the solution could be.

EDIT: I've tried to scan my harddrives to find possible damaged sectors that could cause my network signal to fail, but there was no errors found. Also the same thing happens to the other devices in the house including my computer that's close to the router. I got two and both has the same problem.

Hi

Is your modem seperate from your router?
If so you may be able to connect a pc directly to the modem using a ethernet cable and see if the problem persists or not

If the problem goes away it probably indicates a router setting or fault

If it stays you need the isp or their engineers to test the system at their end and your end.

So the testing with wireless and direct gave results. Positive results.

After:

The maximum packet loss on the after picture was only 30ms and the before picture was up to 400ms.
There are still lag spikes, but way less than with wireless connection. Would you say it's okay and solved?
