Solid build with 1 exception. The psu. It's a really low quality one and I wouldnt pair it with such a high quality gpu. I would suggest you the Corsair RM550x (http://www.corsair.com/se-fi/rmx-series-rm550x-550-watt-80-plus-gold-certified-fully-modular-psu)

The Seasonic M12II is an EXTREMELY reliable psu. I don't know what this guy is talking about.

Sry man, but the bronze certificate doesnt do much for me. Plus that it is on tier 3 on tom's hardware psu tier list. I'm a corsair fanboy and I really feel comfortable with them. I think this is more of a personal arguement :p

It is a tier 2 unit. Look again. Seasonic does not have any units lower than tier 2. Also, Bronze efficiency has nothing to do with quality.

W10 will be around for quite some time and may well end up beeing the last version of windows. Pay a little extra to get the full retail not teh OEM version, so you don;t have to buy another license when switching motherboards.

Also, teh stock coole ris suffiecient so you should only get an aftermarket one if you find it too noisy.
