Could a Corsair keyboard work with a Razer mouse?

I have already purchased a Razer Deathadder Chroma and I am currently really enjoying it. However, I've been looking into mechanical keyboards and was thinking about getting the Corsair Strafe RGB. My question was; if I got the Corsair Strafe, if the Razer Deathadder would sync up with it in any way? If not, I was just planning on getting a regular Corsair Strafe and just setting the colours on my Deathadder to red.

You don't need same brand combinations for peripherals. For internal hardware they might have some better support but nothing more. On peripherals you can choose whatever brand you like
