Can I remove some of these Microsoft Visual redistributables?

I use my computer for playing video games, watching movies and shows, listening to music and just browsing on the Internet, do I need to have all of these redistributables for that or can I unistall them? A screenshot is in the link, thanks!

A lot of programs require different ones. Whether or not you can unisntall all but the newest one i'm not sure. either way it doesnt hurt leaving them.

I don't think those redistributables would ever conflict, I never touched them and nothing ever happened to my laptop!
