Hi guys, I have a AMD A7 with a Nvidia GTX 970 from gigabyte, I want to upgrade my CPU because the a7 is not capable enough to handle the 970 creating bottleneck, I want to buy a AMD Fx8350 black edition with a new gigabyte 78lmlt-usb 3 motherboard and corsair vengance 1600 DDR4, I need an expert opinion on this cuz I don't want to buy something thats not proper for the build. Is this build any good?

Exactly what model of A series cpu do you have?
I doubt that you would do better with a FX-8350.
For example, the A10-7870K has a passmark rating of 5579 and a single thread rating of 1506.
It is the single thread rating that is most important for gaming.
Few games can use more than 2-3 cores.
The FX-8350 has a passmark rating of 8949 due to more cores, but the single thread rating is the same at 1504.
I think you would be disappointed.

If you are going to buy a new cpu and motherboard, buy intel skylake.
For most games, a $125 I3-6100 will game better than either.
Passmark is 5500 and single thread is 2102

spoiler, the i3-6100 prevails over either if you are using discrete graphics.

If your budget is sufficiently high, in the $225 range, I would bypass most skylake i5 processors because for a small amount more, you can buy a I5-6600K with a overclock and get 30% more cpu capability.

I don't recommend buying an FX cpu. AMD has been non-commital as to their next generation's release, and thus I'd recommend going Intel, as it's the better option from $120 and up.

Myself, I built my rig this spring, got an i5 6600k, 2x8gb RAM, ASRock Extreme6+ Z170 Motherboard, and a Cryorig H7 CPU cooler.
