I've been saving up about 350 bucks so I could get the Asrock pro4s z170 mobo and an i5 6600k. Lately the newest games have been making the i5 6600 the minimum requirement and I don't want to spend that money so I can get a cpu that I would need to upgrade in like a year. I don't know if I should wait for the new amd zen cpu and amd am4 mobo and buy those when it comes out but I don't know if it will be in my same price range. I don't really have that much to spend for an i7 6700 and the required mobo so I really don't know what to do....

Solution
No matter what people tell you, an i5 6600k has enough power for a couple of years to come, but for some very specific CPU intensive games. Even in those casees it should do well.
Go for the i5 and spend your extra $ on GPU.

mean the i5 6600k with a good cooling bit of overclockern en your fine to go for a few years there a not a lot of games that use a lot op cpu most game that come out are 90% gpu based so a i5 6600k will do fine

AMD's Zen is a big unknown at this point. Nobody can tell you if it will be better or worse than a 6600K in gaming, because nobody has benchmarked it. However, when Zen is released, it won't be competing with Skylake but with Kaby Lake, Skylake's successor, and there's good reason to believe that Zen will have more but slower cores, which is usually not as good for gaming.
