I am building an over the top PC to put in an arcade cabinet I am building. The PC will be in the base of the cabinet but will be mostly enclosed except for some vents I am installing on the back. I may overclock but nothing serious. My question is should I use liquid cooling or air cooling. I was leaning towards liquid because of confined area but I also want a low management system that I dont need to worry much about a few years down the road. Does anyone have suggestions in cooling in a semi confined area?
