I have a itx motherboard with an Issue that I caused and something I cant solve. It wont detect my graphics card and its on PCI video only and I somehow need to change it back.
Well it sure sounds liek it has a problem now so i woudl test it again.
I am a bit confused though. You said it worked in this PC, then you said you moved it. Could you please elaborate what you did exactly with both the platform and teh GPU starting from when both worked upto now?
Simple way: find the reset CMOS jumper on your MB and reset teh BIOS(use the manual).
"Complicated": remove teh GPU and connect the monitor to teh MB, then go into teh BIOS and set graphics priority to auto or do a "load optimized defaults"
Heres the scoop, I dont know how to reset my BIOS, thats all that Im asking. There is only IGPU and PCIE settings in the bios. I cant get into the bios because I cant see anything.
Not sure. No mention of it in manual. Am not sure you can choose, it seems to be automatic. Just short the CMOS jumper with a screwdriver instead. And the battery is in a battery holder at the end of the PCI slot apparently..
Next to the CPU fan header there's a jumper called "CLR_CMOS" short tat for a couple of seconds with a screwdriver.
EDIT: Theres no dual BIOS switch. The backup one kicks in when the main one goes bad from an update. Plus, the BIOS itself and teh CMOS are different things.

Thats how I had the problem of NO VIDEO and I needed to reset bios
Sorry, i confused threads.
Has that GPU ever worked in this rig? Does it work in a different one?
What's your PSU and are you connecting the PCIE power cable from it to the GPU?
Yes it has worked previously and the PSU has 2 PCIE cables 1 6+2 and 1 6 pin. It worked perfectly and was a great HTPC before I took it apart for some other use.
