I am not getting any video signal

I just purchased an rx460. When I got home to put it into my system I seated it and plugged the 6pin into it. Hooked an HDMI cable to it and to my monitor, turned on my PC and am getting no signal. The fans are spinning and the blue light showing it has enough power is on. What may the issue be?

Go into teh BIOS and se graphics priority to auto. Also make sure that the monitor in on teh proper source or on auto.

No, You'll sort out teh drivers after you've succesfully had your computer booting on the GPU.
