Water Cooling or New video Card.

So I've been debating on what GPU to get, So far I have two options. I found an EVGA GTX 980TI with water cooling on Ebay for roughly $70 ( it is a bid and there is 2 days left. My other option and it was my main option was to buy an RX 480 8gb, which was my original plan. I'm saving up my money, so far I have around $135 saved up. Should I wait for the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales or should I just get the GTX 980TI with water cooling 6GB. I will most likely do so mild to high gaming, I will play titles such as Overwatch, Battlefield 1, Csgo, and some older games like csgo.

With eBay, prices are to be ignored until the last 3 minutes. That's when all watchers will start throwing in bids, trying to get lucky. The worst is the last 10 seconds. I'd not be surprised to see that 980ti hybrid quadruple in price in the last few minutes.

I'd keep an eye on it, throw in your max personal bid in 2 days time, but more than likely you'll be waiting on black Friday deals.
