This is my build

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/HjF9qs

Have rear and front case fans, front fan is high quality corsair SP 120mm.rear is cheap crap 80mm.Using preaplied thermal paste that came with CPU heatsink.

Just started live streaming using shadowplay to twitch.GPU/monitor are running at 1366x768.Just wondering how much stress it is for my PC/CPU to stream on a regular basis, would it eventually burn out my CPU or is it fairly safe?.

While streaming i usually only have steam, the game, geforce experiance/shadowplay and sometimes curse voice chat.

Is your CPU running at full capacity when you are twitch streaming? Is it overheating? Then yes, it will burn out.
You might want to check the temperature of your hardware and see if it is operating within the acceptable range if you want a more definitive answer.
Although I am a little surprised to hear you can pull off twitch streaming and gaming with that CPU.

well i forgot to mention im not using a webcam, there is zero webcam/video being run.Is this why it runs so well, because i get zero lag and quality in amazing.I dont even really hear a difference in my case fans speed. Will adding a webcam be dangerous?

It sound like you are doing fine. Is it safe for me to assume you are not running high end games? If you are streaming minesweeper, an old PC with an awful CPU can pull that off. My best guess is that whatever you are doing is not pushing your PC to hard. If you were pushing your computer to hard, I think you would be able to tell fairly easily. Fans would be going crazy and temp would be hot. It would probably crash a lot too.
