I have an i7 6700k and it freezes my computer when i play games or when i do a stress test on it i have used memtest86 on my 16 gigs of ram thats fine. I used furmarker to stress my 960 gpu thats fine but when i use prime95 and intelburntest to test my cpu it freezes.

As KeelinTy suggested, all of this could be caused by overheating. Just use some tool that can measure the temps.
Does your PSU have enough wattage?
Is your system overclocked? In case it is, you can downclock it and see if the issue persists.
