Hello guys i'm a college student and i wanna play games but i'm really tight on my budget. can you people look at my PC specs and tell me which graphic card will be best for my PC that is under 100$ (plz keep it as low as possible xD)

Processor: Intel® Core™ i3-3210 Processor (3M Cache, 3.20 GHz)
Ram: Corsair Memory — 4GB DDR3 Memory (CMV4GX3M1A1333C9)
MotherBoard: Intel® Desktop Board DH61HO
PSU: i searched it alot but couldn't find it on the net so I've uploaded a pic: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8fKwhB-WaLsTjc5UWNIV1dsd28

should i upgrade the ram to 6GB or 8GB? and my PC is quite noisy i think its the PSU causing the noise. i have another PSU (link below) in an old computer which i am thinking of putting in this computer so that it makes less noise. is it a good idea or bad and will there be any problem(s)

If you want a budget video card with good performance there is an option between the GTX 750 ti and the Rx 460. Get the RX460 because it is much newer as compared to the GTX and its around 100-120 dollars. 8gb would be fine.

you could get a evga gtx 580 for pretty cheap (30-60$) and they're pretty good, I had one and I could play dayz all standard settings with 60-120 fps, I also played Arma 3 quite decently with it!

that hp psu is most likely better

get a rx 460 that does not need a 6-pin pcie power cable

if you cant then a gtx 750 ti that also does not need a 6-pin pcie cable
