But you need to take out the GTX 745 (OLD GPU)

Depends on the internal layout of that PC tower. The real question is, "Will it fit?"

Time to whip out the ruler and measuring tape.

The 300 watt power supply is probably a little light for the GTX1060. If you experience crashing at high GPU usage, I would suspect the power supply to be to blame.
