Can this prebuilt pc work with a gtx 1060?

Solution
Short answer: Maybe.

Long answer: Your PC has 300W PSU while GTX 1060 needs atleast 400W PSU. Do note that your current GTX 745 uses 30W while GTX 1060 uses 120W (4 times more) and that's why more powerful PSU is needed.

If you want to use GTX 1060, you'll need to buy a new PSU.
I recommend Seasonic S12II-520.

If you are going to get GTX 1060 with new PSU, there is still one thing to do. Open up your case and measure the maximum length your GPU can have. Full size GTX 1060 is about 280mm long while small from factor is about 190mm long (your current GPU is about 145mm long).

As seen from the comments at the BestBuy site, onboard USB 3.0 connector limits the GPU space and only small from factor GPU fits into the PC.
