best B150 motherboard with intel 600p

The most budget friendly B150 board with a PCIe3.0 x4 lanes M2 slot is the Gigabyte B150M-DS3H ($64.99+1.99Shipping-10rebate [$56.98] @ Newegg).
But if you really want M2 device in your PC, I'd strongly recommend the H170 boards instead since the other B150 with 4x 3.0PCIe lanes M2 slot go for almost the same price as the H170 ones:

MSI B150M MORTAR ARCTIC ($89.99+1.99Shipping-10rebate [$81.98] @ Newegg)
The H170 chipset have twice the number of PCIe lanes compare to the B150 and therefore would be better suited for the purpose of utilizing a PCIe M2 device.

The Bazooka Plus does not have Intel LAN. It's the same Realtek RTL8111H as the non plus version. If you want Intel LAN that's on the ASROCK B150M Pro4V ($72.99+$2.99 Shipping @ Newegg)
You get a TypeC USB port with the Bazooka Plus but it's just USB3.0 bandwidth (3.1 Gen1 is just a different name of 3.0), therefore unless you already have or know that you will get a Type-C device it's totally fluff.
What you actually get when you pay more for the Bazooka Plus are a black/white color scheme, some white LED lights at the back of the board, a heatsink over its VRM, and one more chassis fan header over the DS3H.
