CSGO fps lag

Hello, I got a new graphics card, a much better one for better fps in all games.
Every other game's FPS increased, but csgo just slowed down...
From 100-140 to 45-120 mostly 45-70.
I upgraded from a Sapphire Radeon HD 6670 to a GTX 560 Green Edition.
My specs:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4ghz (gonna overclock this soon)
GPU: GTX 560 Green Edition 1GB DDR5
RAM: 4GB ddr2 800mhz
SSD: 128gb kingston
HDD: 500gb Samsung

Might be a problem with either windows or graphics card driver.

First try to install graphics card drivers again.

If that didin't fix your problem then reinstall windows.

And if neither of those two didin't worked out, i recommend taking back the graphics card to the store where you bought it.
