Gtx 770 wind force 2gb, does the 2gb matter

Hi I'm currently trying to upgrade from my gtx 580 to a 770 but I don't know if the [strike]gb[/strike] amount of VRAM matters, will this do with my specs:

i7-920 @ 2.66ghz
Gigabyte ga-ex58-ud5
8gb of ram
326gb hdd storage
If anyone can help ty

Hello... The amount of GB's is needed for the Display(s) resolutions you want to output... 2gb's is typically enuff for two 1080p monitors... If you are thinking of a 4k monitor upgrade later, then get the 4gb model.
