BUILD WONT TURN ON! Help!

MOBO:MSI B85M-E45
RAM:8GB 1333
Storage:7200RPM 1TB HDD
GPU:MSI Twin Frozr R9 270
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo
Case: Fractal Design Node 804
PSU:Corsair CX750M

My system won't turn on nothing happens! I made sure front panels were connected,4 pin CPU connector, and 24 pin are also connected. What could be wrong?

I don´t want this to sound insulting.. but did you check the wall socket to make shure you have power? Are any leds on your Mb lit up? Do the fans spin? Recheck front panel cables to make shure they are correctly inserted and in the right position.

Did the pc turn on and then stoped turning on?

Yes ive connected to multiple outlets same result, its never turned on. I dont have any LEDs on my mobo and fans havent spun. No activity at all

Is the PSU power button on the ON position? That is a Modular PSU. make shure that all the cables connectiong to your Mb are properly inserted into the PSU sockets.

You very well might have a dead PSU.

Corsair CXM series is a Tier four PSU.

To check if your PSU is really dead, do the paperclip test.

If PSU won't turn on, throw it out of the window (joking, just refund your PSU) and get a new PSU.
For new PSU, i suggest Seasonic X-750 (Tier one PSU).

Does it work when tried breadboarding it? Use a screwdriver to connect the power pins.
Something else to go by,

Ive checked the CPU and socket pins, they are fine.Ram worked in a previous build so pretty confident it works. I think my motherboard may be fried. Is there anyway for me to check before returning it?

Without any onboard LEDs, i don't know any other way besides jumpstarting (connecting PW+ and PW- pins with screwdriver) to test if MoBo works or not.

Did you double check all cables connected to the motherboard? If they are at the right place. Have seen people connect old "berg connectors" ,for floppy disks, to onboard fan headers for example.

UPDATE: Turns out my PSU was also defective xD When I got the new MOBO fans spun for a second then shut off. Then changed PSU and system booted.
